Can anyone recommend a good Contract For Sales and Purchase catered towards A Seller who is Selling via Owner Financing?

Well, you have a few choices:

  1. The standard broker contract, assuming it has the financing provisions in it (not every state has that available).

  2. Have an attorney do it, and have a template that you can re-use
