If you are the lessee, and the lessor (owner) is bankrupt, this should make no difference. You will need to keep paying as usual. Bankruptcy is protection FROM people you owe money to (creditors), not protection FOR people who owe you money (debtors, tenants, etc).

Owner files bk chp 7 on a L/O deal, what happens to mortgage payment to owner in the meantime. Do I get a couple of months free until the stay is lifted. Once Stay is lifted are there interests payments due for the down time?
