You will want to post this on the Commercial News group here. Ray Alcorn hosts that forum and is a very experienced mobile home park buyer. He also has a great article on “Due Diligence” here in the How to Ariticles. This will give you a great idea on what to look for when analyzing a park.

Also there is a great 4 part series in the money making idea section about buying mobile home parks.

I noticed a park f/s 17 units, singles, doubles and a couple houses.
asking 380K

Seems like you could buy the land and install the utilites for a whole lot less.
Can someone direct me to a list of items to check to see if this could be a viable deal?

seems a little high to me.

Also found 2 acres with 4 singles for 80K
