Consider talking with PMHA. Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association in Harriburg, PA. They are the answer people for mobile home dealers and independents can discuss with them. The person who used to be in the know was Mary Guiski, chairman.

I did a search on PA,could not find anybody asking questions about licensing here. Anybody out there that could fill me in on what you need in PA to get started in mobile homes?
