Anyone ever buy a place (pier and beam) and come to find out it has an infestation of scorpions AND brown recluse spiders?
If so,was there any success at eliminating them?
I have treated this place myself numerous times,inside outside,under the house and the attic.I have used Ficam-W and other similar products by wet spraying and dusting,also foggers.They just seemed to get fat.
Trying to determine if spending several hundred dollars with a pest control company would give different results.
This is driving me nuts! Thanks.

You might try “Orthene.” It’s a dust, and it’s highly toxic, so don’t get any of it on you. I wouldn’t use it inside, just under the floors. Wear protective clothing, respirator, gloves. Takes drastic measures to get rid of those insects; however, Diaznon double the strength works too, but the smell lingers longer. Good luck! —Jack
