Hello everyone!

I’d like to thank everyone for sharing your wealth of knowledge with eachother!

I’m a begginning investor and I’ve gotten the ball rolling. I’m currently looking for my first house to flip in Maryland. I’ve been looking in the paper for homes that are for sale, especially FSBO.

I’ve called on a couple of these homes but I always get nervous when calling because I really don’t know how to go about the phone call. I don’t really know what to ask them because it is I who is calling.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Go to the How to Articles on this web page. I found some helpful answers there. It is also easier if you can get them to call you. Try sending them a letter or postcard. I know there is “how to materials” on how to find tired landlords or out of state owners. They are a good target.
