Did you purchase them conventionally? Are there mortgages on them currently? And, why do you want to transfer the title to a trust? Let’s start there.

Hi,

I currently own 3 rental properties. I am thinking about holding title for my properties in a trust. Can I use one trust for all my properties or seperate trusts for each property? Thanks in advance for your help.

To take the maximum advantge of the land trust, I put each property in it’s own trust.
