If you buy a mobile home in a park, directly from the seller without first asking the PM for permission, the PM probably will refuse to aprove any rental applicants that you bring them. Then you and your money will be stuck.

You are about to get the ‘unofficial’ treatment if you try to bypass the PM. Don’t even think about doing this.
If you buy without kissing up to the PM first, you will learn a new term, ‘glass partition’.
It will separate you from your money faster than you can say, Oops.
