It’s a 14x50(i think). 1 bed/1bath, newer furnace/plumbing. Ok condition. Lot rent is 225/month plus trash/water

What would the best way to structure this be? Would I rent it out/lease option it and INCLUDE lot rent in their rent? Or make them responsible for the lot rent and only collect on the trailer?

Is this MH in Brevard County, FL? The numbers are just like a 1/1 I looked at earlier this month. If it is the same one, WALK AWAY…the owner wanted 2300 from me and I think that it was too much, and so did the great folks on this site who have much more experience from me.
It might not be in the same area, but if it is, beware…
Also, if it is the property I was thinking of, there are no renters allowed in that park any more…new owners have purchased the park and are cleaning it up…and they DO NOT allow any more renters…only owner occupants!
