Pre-Forclosures - Posted by Morris

I dont want to plug a specific book on this forum, but I just read a good one on the subject and will be glad to give you the name of the book and my critique if you want to send me an email.

There were two or three books specifically on pre-foreclosures at my local bookstore chain.

There is also material available on this site at http://www.creonline.com/catalog/index.html not to mention the free material you can get by searching the archives.

What is the quickest way to learn about and get started doing Pre-Forclosure deals? I live in San Antonio Texas. Anyone got any contacts or suggestions? I am ready to work (smart) and make some money!!!

Another strategy I would look at for that market is Lease Options. I think that would be hot there!
To answer your question though, Tom Lucier wrote a great book on pre-foreclosures. It was very thorough.
Just search Amazon for Thomas Lucier or Google him.
Good Luck,
