I have also been interested in duplexes. I have searched all over the web to try and locate a duplex DW so to speak. Do you know who manufactures them?
Thanks,

Premanufactued Duplex’s - Posted by Eli

A few weeks ago I was discussing Premanufactued Duplex’s with the 55+Guy (AZ) and I was wondering if anyone has ever owned one. I have had them in the back of my mind for a while and I have a few ideas I want to pursue a bit. Before I spent too much time on these things, I was wondering if anyone had ever had one and what their experiences were with them. Thanks in advance, and 55+Guy your .02 is always welcomed.

Cavco ( http://www.cavco.com ) will custom manufacture off of your design. I’m pretty sure Clayton ( http://www.clayton.net ) and Fleetwood ( http://www.fleetwoodhomes.com ) would do likewise.
'Course by the time you go thru all of that “engineering stuff”, you probably could have site-built a few dozen of them.
(forest - trees… duh)

Try Precision Homes, 877-699-5050. They show a duplex modular, 2/1, 832 sf per section. 2004 model.
