Ok…I’m having brain overload. I found a couple of pretty homes with minimal repair on MLS that are in foreclosure and I was trying to remember what my options are again for taking control of these properties?
I know you can buy ugly homes through MLS with a HML, but forgot how to buy pretty homes in f/k on MLS?

I think you may want to use “fc” for abbreviating foreclosure. Aside from the fact that “f/k” does not correlate with the word “foreclosure,”…There’s something not quite right about “f/k.”
