Hi, do you have any sources for long-term funding after the rehab? I have a house in the Balt area. I did not have it appraised yet but assuming it comes in at $45K, an 8% loan would be $36K. Everyone I know of has a floor of $40K on their loans. It is in Balt City and is ready to rent.

Can you be more specific about the areas that you are looking at? Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Baltimore, Arlington, VA? Are you looking for multi-units or single homes? I loan in all of these areas, but would like to know more about your strategy.
