I have a possible “subject to” deal here.
Value - $95k-$100k
1st. Mortgage - $57k
Owner is willing to sell “subject to” providing I can come up with about $10k-$15k for her equity, and she would be willing to wait for $15k until I sell the house.
I am being told that the house is in excelent condition.
When I am done my purchase price would have been $87k.
My exit strategy would be to lease option the house for $110k.
My question is where can I find some private money for the $10k-$15k? I would presume that this private money person would want to have a lien placed on the property to protect thier interest. Any help is appreciated.
