i need gelp in getting started in asking the major question and the first q? to ask is want to ask i have been reading and observing the articles and the forumes but getting that first q? ask to always the hard one so
- want do i ask the realtor when i got him/her on the phone?
2the same q for when a f.s.b.o i call back?
3.there is going to people out there to buy any notes or paper that i aquire from these clients when i buy these homes?
4.wholesaling? shuold i be a scout for some of these investors and would i be able to sell them these properties from my state which is Indiana…as long as they provide a fax # and maybe s/h casts?

Alan,
You need to study up on the basics. I would suggest you start by reading the “How To” Articles on this
website(creonline.com), and other real estate sites.
Also go to www.realtor.com/glossary/ and study the
real estate glossary. Anything you want to study or
get clarification on you can go to www.search.msn.com or
any other search engine and enter whatever you want to
search for and it will usually pull up plenty to study
and learn from. As in any field, you need at least a basic education in that area if you expect to jump in and make money at it. There’s alot of money to be made
in real estate investing, but you have to get a little
bit past that “Know just enough to be dangerous stage”.
The main keys to your success in anything is knowledge,and perseverance.(Don’t give up when the going gets tough)
As for your questions, some depend on alot of factors you don’t furnish and other questions don’t make much sense. That’s why those other posts are teasing you, and that’s why I say you need to study more of the basics.Plus you need to work on your spelling and punctuation. Hang in there Alan,if Real Estate Investing is
really what you want to do, you CAN do it!
