Just have your lender write a letter saying you are approved for the funds. Even hard money lenders can get you this type of letter.
If the seller is difficult to deal with then move on. There are alot of deals out there to without having to deal with difficult seller’s.

Try this on: Seller’s interested in a deal. Also interested in financing a portion. You’ve located investor financing for the balance. Seller wants proof that said investor is willing and financially able to come through.

Question: What would you suggest investor provide? What might this type of investor be willing to provide? If there is a pat response to defer the request, what might that wording be?
