I cant believe ,That in the last 5 months I have aqquired
6-House. My latest was aqquired at 3 O’Clock today,
My first 4 were bought Owner finance,. Number 5 is a L/O.
And Number 6, is a property that was going up on a tax
sale , This really motivated seller contacted me, Check it
Out 3Br 1 Bath w/clawfoot bathtub ($1000 value)!!
100 year old Very Historical home.On .75 acres. Needs
some Work . Under 4k. wow!!! Appraised 21500.00.
This may be small stuff , but it is really growing fast.

I don’t mean to come off negative or anything, but if you’re in the market for $1000.00 claw foot tubs, I have one I’m yanking next week ! We took a sledge to one two months ago cuz we couldn’t get it out any other way… guess I’m missing an opportunity on tub re-sales…
