Real Estate Development zuckerman and blevins has a case study of some apartments in the book. Couldn’t say whether this is accurate or not but you can plug numbers and perform analysis.

thanks so much for your response Ed, i will find that software, am really going to need it i have a group of friends that have the money and credit but no education or time to look into real state, so when i show them the numbers i want to show then as accurate as posible as i can, thanks again
