There is a different forum where you will get find more people with MH
experience. Look for the one with MH in the name.
One discussion indicated that building is not a great way to go
compared to just buying one already up and running. The complexity
of setting up a park (permits, construction, establishing the park)
stretches out the deal when in most cases there is something available
as an alternative.
Each situation can be different. Make sure you take into account the
lead times and carry costs.
