I’ve heard different things about protecting a sandwich L/O such as record a memorandum of option or a performance mortgage. Could someone that does a lot of these please help explain this. I am in a deed of trust state also. In the instance where someone says record a performance mortgage, would this actually mean a deed of trust for me? Thanks.
