Try ‘Public MLS’ on Google. I just got 781,000 hits. One of those should be right for you.

My MLS provides a “public access” website for active listing searches for single family homes, multi-family homes, land (unfortunately no commercial and mobile home parks).

I cannot believe that they have taken away the free access to metrolist. i think that it is a louzy way to go about making petty money. i guess the real estate industry can’t seem to make themselves enough money. What is this world coming to?

You have to contact the local realtor board in the state and county you are interesting in and ask them for the “public access” website.
I found out about Colorado www.metrolist.com because it is similar to California www.metrolist.net
