Actually you would have them make out the check to the title company.I’ve done it and I’m not an attorney but I’m not in jail either.Good Luck!

If I get a seller to let me option their property(no lease),
and I find a buyer, am I legally able to get the buyer to give me an earnest money deposit? Thanks.
