I do know that the Broward County Tax Certificate sales are held in June of every year. If this is what you’re referring to, contact the County and speak with them.

Yes I have came upon some deals in the tampa bay area and was told that the parcels available for sale for back taxes will have liens that will survive the sale,anyway to clear these from the title??? Any suggestions are welcome thanks.

You find a title abstractor to abstract the title which includes all liens that are not expired, judgments too. Then you file a suit to quiet the title. Sometimes people use other suits to quiet titles as their example and they do it themself instead of hiring a lawyer. You might want to check with someone in the legal profession.
