Hello everyone,

First, Thanks to those who answered my previous question.

Now, I have a house to sell(flip) how do I deal with my partner?

  1. Do I create a contract (exchange money)before I show him the house?

  2. When he inspect the property with me, What is my role during and after?

  3. Should I get all properties appraised?

Well, you get the picture, I’m excited and nervous!!!
Please give me a “success” outline to follow because I don’t want to mess this up or be taken.
