I’m trying to think. I can’t think of any steadfast rules that determine or define how long you would have to have lived in the subject property, before it was determined that you for filled your commitment. I want to say a year. Personally I’ve seen homeowners move or relocate at will, depending on what affected their life style. For example, a new job offer, or relocation of emplacement.
I would say, and I’m just guessing, that I would not even consider moving before 6 months, a year would be preferable.
