At least 90 days. Of course it could take longer like Walt said and it happens for all sorts of reasons too. Sometimes you will see a final judgement filed by the lender for the foreclosure before the 90 days is up, but don’t be fooled. That does not mean the house already went to the auction.

Anywhere from 3 months to three years. No set time really it depends on how aggresive the mortgage company is. I have seen some go as long as 7 years.
