question from a beginner - Posted by Lu

I am just getting started and in the middle of the C. Sheets program, but I decided it would be worth “just looking” for experience. I contacted a broker who said I need to contact a loan officer first before he will show me anything. He was however, very helpful and is willing to work with me in investing in some property. My question is should I go to a loan officer now? I thought that came later. I am not comfortable because of our financial situation, hence, the reason for the No Payment Down course! Any thoughts out there?

I would say you need to find a Broker that understands creative financing, but do talk with a loan broker. You will learn what you need to do to qualify for a loan in the future. If you have credit problems, they may be helpfull in resolving some of them now, or showing you how to clear them up.
Good luck!
