Question on Buying Subject To - Then Leasing - Posted by Utah Investor

I am currently setting up a system where I will be buying properties Subject To the existing financing, and then selling on a 2-3 year Lease/Purchase program.
My question is this: Should I buy the properties under a C or S-Corp and then transfer them to an LLC to hold while they are Leased out, or should I simply Buy and hold all my properties under the LLC for protection?
What are the positive’s and negative’s (If Any) of each option?
