I use QuickBooks Pro with my business. I used the template for a real estate broker in the setup and then modified the accounts to reflect my corporate entity.
Remember, you must use the accrual method (as opposed to the cash) method of accounting in the setup.
Probably best to sit down with an accountant and have him or her look over your setup prior to tax periods.
Anyone out there using QuickBooksPro? My husband is going to be doing all the ‘book’ stuff and he is familiar with Quicken but the QuickbooksPro is all new to him. It would be nice to talk with someone about their setup.
