We have their course. It focuses on one type of deal so they have the luxury of including the step by step process of setting up your business entity, marketing, negotiating,deal analysis, etc. It includes all the forms/contracts to execute the deal and is highlighted in color as to who signs where (buyer,seller,notary)
It also includes a special report geared just for buying ‘subject to’ to give to those sellers who are on the fence, a report geared for potential tenant/buyers who want to know how a lease option program (to buy) can benefit them, and also a credibility kit that you can use as a model to put your own together. Their are examples of flyers, signs, lockboxes, etc. and also hyperlinks to the places where you can buy them and the costs involved.
