Investing with no money down, meaning none out of your pocket, is possible in Canada. I know people who have done it including me.
It is much harder than in the US. Most of the things recommended on this site and by the American gurus do not apply.
The only Canadian guru I know is Raymond Aaron, his seminar books or tape course may help you.

We are looking for advice for investing in Canada. We have bought a couple investment properties, but with money down. That is not an easy way to build. We have the Carlton Sheets course which is a great course, but very US based. We don’t have a lot of information on what works in Canada, and specifically in Alberta.
Any information would be appreciated.
As well, we are into an extremely interesting Internet opportunity that is exploding. It is not border
specific. We would love to share this info with people from any country.
The main thing is for us to gain info on RE Investing in Canada though. If you have any info, and specifically experience, get back to us.
