Not an easy question to answer. This site offers some terrific info on L\O’s. I familiarized myself with the technique using CS’s course, asked SPECIFIC questions on the boards and learned a bit through other sites which I can direct you to.
I’m just learning too but I’ll help you as much as I can if you can tell me exactly what you are having difficulty with.
Are you interested in L/O a residence for your own personal use? Do you want to find someone who’s willing to L\O and sublet to a tenant? Do you want to L\O your own property?
How do you want to approach L/O’s or do you need to know basic info about L/O’s?
