The book has a few financing sources for parks listed, none for MH’s, but the ones listed are long-time lenders. Honestly given the constant flux in the capital markets a list made today could be out of date next week.
The focus of the book is on spotting and creating upside. In most MHP deals bank financing is used for acquisition and improvement, then use one of the national lenders for take-out after the property is stabilized.
