And what exactly is a hard money lender? Most of the money I’ve seen is pretty soft…unless you’re talking about gold or silver. (Just kidding here guys, I’m not that stupid! :-)) ) But seriously…what IS a hard money lender?

I would like to add to that IMHO and LOL which is used by many posters here. I known there is a dictionary of realestate terms available either on this site or somewhere, but these little pesonal acromym or initial posting short hands are confusing to newbies. What do they mean?
