Does anyone know of any real estate gurus whose base of operation is in Maryland, Washington DC, or Northern Virginia? I’d like some hands on training on a longterm basis rather than just a variety of courses and bootcamps. I want to observe how they do it day to day as opposed to an artificial setting like a bootcamp. So if you know of any in MD, DC or VA, I’d appreciate getting that information. Thanks.
