This is an excellent time for investing in real estate. No depressions expected for at least two years. Inflation rate is about 2% now. A great time for investing.
No, this is not the right time for a newcomer to begin. The newcomer first has to, in my opinion, spend several months studying up on the topics of real estate, investing, the local market, and getting his/her financial house in order. This could take maybe 6 to 18 months. Then it will be the right time to begin buying properties.
For my advice on becoming a successful real estate investor, you can put “beginners success” into the search function at the top of this main bulletinboard forum of CREONLINE.COM or on the board2-Carleton Sheets forum. And then read the post that pops up.
