Can anyone help suggest a good way to find a good realeastate sales person? I live on the SW side of Chicago and I would like to invest in realestate with the help of a good agent. One that understands what a investor is looking for. I have great credit, a good job, and even some money for a down payment. As a matter of fact I just purchased a 9 unit apartment building and would like to purhcase another this year. If anyone can make a suggestion about how to find a good agent please share with me. I have worked with a couple of agents but they just don’t like to be creative or don’t understand why the numbers don’t “work”.
