I have two realtors who make it a point to call me about every other week to let me know how the market is.
“hey, I saw this house just come on the market, and I thought of you”. Or “haven’t seen any good ones lately, but still looking”
When I need a realtor, you know who I call.

I am developing my Realtor business aside from my investing and I am trying come up with some more ideas.
Looking at things from an investor point of view, what special services would you as investors be looking for in addition to normal Realtor services?
