I’m looking to ad the line “Are you a Realtor? If So, Lets Talk!” so I can find a realtor thats willing to give me lists to expired listings of people that were, or gonna be in foreclosure and their houses just didnt sell, and give the realtor $500 a pop when I buy.
How many of you are doing that, and how well is it working?

Well, that wouldn’t do any good in my state. It takes only 90 days to get to the trustees sale. If the listing is expired, the house is long gone. So to me it seems to be a huge waste of time.

In my state the same 3-4 guys get almost every REO there is.
Few realtors know much about foreclosures.
