I subscribed to RealtyTrac briefly. The information was not current enough to be useful and was often incorrect. The $20/mo rate doesn’t give you access to all the information you’ll need, and they charge you for additional info.
Devote some time to learning how to find the information yourself at the courthouse. There’s just no substitute for it that I’ve found.

I’m sure there are people out there using Realty TRAC, ,or people who have. Is this service worth the $20 a month they charge? I am currently using another that charges $20 a month, but only locates REO’s etc. Realty TRAC seems to locate lis pendens and pre forclosures as well. Does anyone have any info to offer as to how accurate the info is?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
