Does anyone here currently subscribe to realtytrac.com and if so, do you find the listings to be current now in 2006? Has anyone tried Foreclosures.com and how do they compare? Is Foreclosures.com as current as they claim or are both sites the same in terms of current vs. ‘old’ information that needs updating?
