It seems to be a popular site especially with newbies.
I bit and tried it a couple months the info was stale and the ones that were current were bombarded with calls and letters. I believe it comes with a free trial so check it out. I hope you have better luck with it then what I did.

I found them to be a first class site. If you want to find a good deal, you can’t be lazy. True, some of the info is stale but that is only because the information is not updated by the counties. You just need to pick properties you want and then track them. Realtytrac has a step by step process that they walk you through on the site for free.
I found 3 properties over the last 3 years and could of found more if I put more time into it.
