Here in CO to redeem you need to contact the Trustees Office (they are the one who does the foreclosure sale) and while I haven’t asked if it can redeem after the term has expired I would guess it would have to be a big fat NO.

After the term expires the property is owned by the bank, and you could try to buy it from them, but I don’t believe that redeem would be the property term at a point past the redemption period date.

Quick question. If the redemption period says 6 months, is it still possible for the owner to redeem in the 7th if all back payments are made?

I’ll be calling the finance company on Tuesday (darn holiday’s) but curiosity is killing me.
