Gotta love the Gulf beaches. I was meeting a seller over at R. Shores a couple weeks ago.

For some basics on the house, go to //pao.co.pinellas.fl.us/

then click “search our database”

Plug in .20 and click for color coded comps.You’ll know what I mean when you get there. Not the best comps, but at least you’ll have a basic idea of what you are dealing with.

Anyone in Florida familair with this area?

Ran across someone with property down there and he might be interested in selling. Seems nice (from here) and not a big area - so was hoping to get some opinions from real Floridians!
