Why not offer MH owners in established parks the opportunity to get some cash for their equity? Also, talk with the PM and inquire if anyone is behind in their lot rent. You could lend them money to bring their lot rent current and have some estra cash. Of couse everything is secured by the MH. You just may have a few homes by years end 
I think this could be a whole new venue to do some deals. What a way to get you foot in the door.
