Are you looking to buy some property so it will be paid off free and clear for your retirement 25 years from now? Or are you trying to escape a dead end job in a slaughterhouse?

Would you like to be able to say “I am a millionaire?” or “I own 1000 apartments” or would you rather have a monthly income without regard to net worth or amount of property you own?

Where are you, country, small town, city?

Do you have a job, income, money in the bank to invest with?

Best start for the average investor - try Raymond Aaron’s Real Estate Course. Should give you a feel for Canadian RE investing.
