I use the 125 unit version… very user friendly and efficient. You can import your lease agreement, letters, marketing letters/ads, etc and track everything.

Does anyone have any experience with rental management software? The two I have found online are MyApartments and Rent-Right. The latter is almost $300.00. I just want to get a feel for these packages before I shell out the money. Does Quick Books have rent management capability? Thanks.
