I listen to the tape series many years ago and I have used its principles in every day live with great success.
I’m talking about negotiating with my wife, kids, friends, and patients…it teaches you a lot.

Check out “Roger Dawson’s Secrets of Power Negotiating”.
The key to this business is how much you can buy MH for versus how much you can sell it for, so negotiation skills are a must.
