You can own and sell one MH per year without a license.
To get a license call the Fire Safety Div. of the TN Dept. of Commerce and Insurance in Nashville. Sorry don’t have their phone no. handy.
They will send you an application pack, includes a copy of the statutes.
- You need a local business license, about $15-$20
- You need a bond for $25,000 from an inxurance co.
