Reputation is the best referral.
Secondly, do NOT confuse Listings with houses sold. The listing agents are good good sales people with home sellers, that is how they get listings. Very few are also Buyer’s agents, who are the ones that cart around buyers for days on end looking at properties. The top producers there are the ones that are good at talking people into buying a house they have seen.
2 different animals.
My advice (as a licensed realtor): Get a discount broker to list the property. Price it right, not for top dollar. Make sure all the little stuff is fixed so your buyers can’t find things wrong. Make it move in ready. It should sell.
